KSB Management Pty Ltd has developed into a reputable servicing company since its commencement in 2008. During this period we have successfully been able to grow in a very competitive market and are able to offer you,
our customer, a value added service.
Initially, the company provided services in the domestic/home cleaning and maintenance industry. However as reputation and trust was quickly gained from the commercial and government fields, KSB Management Pty Ltd was formed as a branch of the company group to specialize in providing high

Communication & Planning
COMMUNICATION
At KSB Management, we understand the need for you to communicate with us at all levels from on-site cleaners to managers. That is why at KSB Management, everyone, including on-site cleaners must undertake
speaking, writing and reading English test before being considered for a position.
All cleaners will wear company uniforms to make them easily recognizable and approachable. Whenever you have a problem, or if you wish to make a comment on our services a communication book is left at reception (or at an agreed location) for any comments or when an urgent work is required. Whatever the case, this book will be checked by our cleaners every time. Our supervisors who conduct regular inspections of your premises will also check the communication book to ensure that every detail has been met to your satisfaction and signed off.
However, there are times where you just want to speak to us. Whether it is an emergency of a friendly phone call, our Operations Manage is on the other line ready to take your call. Experienced in your contract’s specific needs, the operations manager will visit you and your premises on a regular basis to ensure that our services are being delivered to your satisfaction.
Planning
Every contract is assigned to a specific team who will perform their duties in accordance with the agreed specification unless changes are agreed specification unless changes are agreed to between the client and KSB
management.
The Area Manager, who has an extensive level of experience in
understanding the requirements for every type of job, work closely together with the Supervisor to come up with a team for a particular contract and design an appropriate roster and “Work schedule” according to “Contract Schedule” to focus on efficiency and quality. “Work Schedule” is provided for each employee. The Operations Manager has the facility to provide additional or replacement staff should they be required.
At KSB Management, we understand that, sometimes, things do not go as planned and therefore Area Managers have at their disposal contingency plans for each contract to maintain “Contract Schedule” in case of emergencies.
